Maybe you should try a drama class! Oh, it's SO much fun. It's like playing pretend as a kid, but with a lot less of the "No we should do it my way!" debates. =P I suggest doing a comedy-oriented class. They're much more fun than drama-oriented ones.
And I didn't know it even WAS a reference. @_@

Apparently there's some meaning behind the name I never understood.
I did take a drama class. The teacher was a flaming homo. I don't usually describe that orientation this harshly, but in his case, it's fitting. Anyway, I did do some out-of-character things there, but something about Patience was stretching it too far. Maybe it would've been easier if I wasn't dating one of the guys I was supposed to be swooning over.

Was he so overtly homosexual as to be irritating? Usually homosexuality doesn't bother me, though sometimes they go overboard so as to be the male equivalent of Teen Girl Squad's Cheerleader, and that's when it irritates me. Actually, that behavior irritates me in women too, so I guess it's a personality thing. /end rant.
The only character I think I wouldn't be able to play is like, a mass murder or a Nazi in charge of a concentration camp. I don't really understand the thought process of those people, and without empathy, I can't get into the character, and therefore can't play them. It becomes too weird. But I think swooning over an old guy would be fun. *bricked*

You'd think swooning over an older guy wouldn't be a problem with the eighteen year age difference between me and the BF, but this was just disGUSting. Maybe I'm just not cut out to be an actor. As for the prof, he was pretty bad. Yeah, he was the cheerleader captain type, and I got so sick of hearing about his partner every day. Ughh. He'd go into too much detail, sometimes too. Ick. Scarred for life.

I guess I am, by that logic. I think I could even get into playing a guy given the chance.
Ough, that does sound irritating. Sounds like the male equivalent, of Cheerleader to me! *bricked*

I'd probably have an easier time playing a guy than pretending to be in love with someone I'm not. I'm really dedicated that way. I suppose that's a good thing, in this day and age.
Ugh, this prof was so disgusting. He wanted Botox injections, but I don't want to say where.

but I don't want to say where. good. I'm actually surprised a teacher/instructor/professor would clue you in on that type of stuff, but that may just be me.

He was pretty bad as a prof. I hate to say it, but to me, he sort of reinforced all the bad stereotypes about homosexual male actors. I am very surprised he's still teaching at the University. We're a fairly conservative small town, and that type of behavior isn't really accepted.
I don't really have a problem no matter what one's preference is, but straight or otherwise, I would definitely prefer to not hear about it at all.
